Since its formation in 2021, the Supply Chain Planning & Fulfillment (SCP&F) function of a large multinational FMCG business has partnered with WildWorks to support its transformation. With a strong operational foundation in place, SCP&F leadership aimed to strengthen its succession pipeline and empower rising talent through real business problem solving Projects.

The program focused on elevating leadership capability through practical tools and frameworks, building a connected global community of emerging leaders, and driving cross functional Projects that delivered meaningful, everyday impact. As a result, participants were set-up to address critical challenges while growing their confidence, capability and long term contribution to the organisation.

A series of Leadership Elevation Workshops (both in-person and virtual) were designed and facilitated by WildWorks to accelerate the development of emerging “next level” leadership talent and create the framework to drive work around real business problems.
