WildWorks is located in Sydney, Australia but consistently delivers work across Australia and throughout Europe, North America and Asia. WildWorks Programs feature in-person, virtual or hybrid sessions … all resulting in empowered and supported global teams.
WildWorks’ approach and philosophy – ‘Helping Business Help Itself’ – are unique. It has the strong belief that to achieve sustainable business, leadership and cultural outcomes, organisations need to own the results. This ensures that sustainable change and momentum is maintained, well after the completion of a WildWorks Program.
- WildWorks offers Programs tailored to the requirements of the client and business. These include:
- Alignment & Engagement Programs spanning content such as leadership, culture, strategy, direction, purpose, team alignment or ways of working
- Accelerated Learning Programs, targeted at engaging employees around leadership or new policies in an accelerated and experiential way
- Leadership Developments Programs, to engage small groups of ‘leaders of the future’ and help them develop real tools and frameworks.
- Executive Coaching Programs, for leaders looking to grow professionally and personally
- During the planning process WildWorks will align all material, time and resources required. The average time commitment from a sponsor for initial planning and design is 2-3 hours.
- For Accelerated Learning Programs, any further planning can be delegated to Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) or managers.
- A WildWorks Program is an emergent process that is tailored to each client and is designed according to their specific requirements. No two Programs are the same.
- Possible outcomes from an Alignment and Engagement Program include a clear sense of Purpose, team ambition and clarity around strategy, direction and roles. You can also expect to be given the space and time to create and strengthen relationships and delve into areas and topics relevant to your team.
- Possible outcomes from an Accelerated Learning Program include accelerated and increased learning, development, accountability, sustained knowledge around available tools/support, increased/deeper connections, ongoing conversations, and breaking down of silos through cross functional engagement.
- All Programs provide both tangible and intangible outcomes, captured in a Program Summary to help drive change and maintain momentum.
- Yes, WildWorks’ Virtual Programs allow for teams separated by geographies or other boundaries to come together.
- A Virtual Program is also an excellent way to engage a team between In-person Programs, ensuring sustained momentum.
- The typical duration of an In-person Session is 1-2 days.
- A Program involving virtual sessions typically contains 2-3 sessions but the number is dependent on the objective of the Program.
- Both in-person and virtual sessions can be built into longer term ‘rolling’ Programs and can encompass multiple cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- An Accelerated Learning Program runs over a period of time tailored to an organisation’s size and preferred delivery method (In-person or Virtual).
- WildWorks can deliver Programs across entire organisations. There are no limits to the scope of delivery. Recommended group sizes for individual Virtual sessions are approximately 20-25 people, to allow for deep and authentic conversations.
- Recommendations around type of delivery and group size will be decided during the planning process.
- WildWorks has delivered Programs for groups of 5 to 500+
- WildWorks Programs are value based, not time and materials, with cost determined by the requirements of an organisation. Program cost is therefore transparent and tailored to need.
