The Executive of one of Australia’s largest organisations decided to harness the energy and talent of a cross-functional network of Executive Assistants to improve connection across the business, execution of the strategy, operational performance, alignment and engagement.

Using WildWorks’ facilitation methodology, the group excelled during a period of on-going transformation, evolving expectations around roles, increasing organisational and external complexity, and a shifting definition of value within the organisation.

The culminating Session and follow-ups focused on building clarity around roles and priorities, strengthening integration across the group, opportunities for growth and creating a shared understanding of what the ‘EA of the future’ could represent.
