The years have gone quickly but slowly for many people and organisations.

It’s felt fast as the global landscape continually shifted and morphed, always fueling waves of uncertainty. Before we know it, the holiday’s are on our doorstep. It’s quite tiresome reaching that point of year so rapidly.

And for the same reasons, the slowness has also been dragged out. Factors such as political instability and increased anxiety around economic pressures have changed peoples ‘way of life’.

Resultingly, its been difficult to establish and maintain balance.

BUT

There is positive news emerging. Many businesses have proved their ability to continually perform as leaders hone their empathy, engagement skills and increased focus on values and purpose.

For many leaders, it’s time to take a break and switch off with intent. It’s also an opportunity to role model balance for others.
